I went ahead and switched all the quotes to single for shortcode for safety’s sake, but the problem was indeed some uncategorized listings still in the moderation queue. Problem solved! Thank you so much!
(unrelated note… is there a way to make the name font not so bold without messing with the .css stylesheet? Shortcode? If not… it was worth a try… thanks!)
