No problem, let me see if I can explain a little clearer :)

I’m actually building a little bit of a complicated directory using many menus for different sections (8 in all) of the site.

For example I have a main design directory
http://www.funchkins.com/directory

I am now building a new section/page called New York design with its own directory, the menu is not complete, missing pages linking to specific Connections categories but you can get an idea
http://www.funchkins.com/directory/usa/newyork/

The problem is that when someone uses the “search button” on the sidebar say for example to search for an entry called “Camper” in http://www.funchkins.com/directory/usa/newyork/, the search re-directs to the main “Directory Page”

Basically I want them to stay in the “New York” section and not be taken away to the main directory. The ideal way is to control the look is with a second navigation and choose specific menus and multiple sidebars.

For the rest of the site I have actually used custom sidebars and multiple menus which solves my problems similar to this, ie with pages.

Hi Steve,

I managed to change a few settings on the W3TC, cleared the cache too and it seems to work now.

Didn’t know they were bringing out a premium edition, would be interesting. I use with MaxCDN and I noticed a big improvement speed wise. Was also looking to going with a dedicated WordPress host, little bit costlier but I think its worth it!

I tested with Jetpack installed and without and would totally agree that there is a difference in load times. Does seem very bloated these days and those few seconds count a lot!

Yep, seems to be something with the Jetpack, once I deactivated the shortcode worked fine. Odd that….anyway did the trick!

The update fixed the issue and is hidden now.

If you manage to move the details to fill the gap that would be great, that was my biggest concern really,  will make it look more like the expanded version in the list view.

– Is there a reason why you have the image on the right rather than on the left? I just thought, with it on the left, it would look exactly like the expanded view in the list view!?
– Do you have any idea when you may push the update out?

OK no worries Steven, I’ll just turn off the link option for now and figure another way, perhaps in the next update, the expanded layout might be fixed to display correctly and I can look into it again but for now its not such a big issue.
