Hi Steven,

Sounds good now that your have it on the tracker.

However, please let me know how can I get the alpha-index position above the category filter for slim plus template. (This might make people click the alpha index first)

I was able to left align it using

‘#cn-slim-plus .cn-alphaindex {
text-align: left !important;
} ‘

but can’t get it above category filter , I tried using code snippet plugin and the steps you mentioned in following post, but it didn’t work out.

Yes you have identified the issue correctly, and good to know that this will be fixed by update rather than some tinkering with the code :)

However, for the time being, Is there any workaround while you fix this by an update?

Also, is there any expected date for update?

Hi,

Some information for above mentioned case.

If I first click on an Alphabet and then select a Category. It shows the desired result.

However same result is desired When Category is selected and then Alphabet is clicked. (As checking by alphabet takes very long and is counter intuitive)

Hi Steven,

While I try to figure nginx thing.
Please resolve license activation limit issue for ‘slim plus’ templatein live website.

As mentioned earlier, I have removed and deactivated it from demo site. But in connections>settings>licenses , for live site, the license limit phrase is displayed.

Hi,

Additional info. for the 2nd point above.

For an entry which didn’t has all of its data uploaded by CSV import.
If
I go to ‘manage’ and click on ‘edit’ then click on ‘update’ without making any change to the entry data.

Then
All data that was intended to be displayed by CSV import is being displayed.

Can it be the case that CSV import is missing out on ‘updating’ some entries after creating them, OR some cache related issue?

Please let me know, if you face any difficulty in understanding the issue.

Hi Steven,

Thanks for the step by step response. I was able to resolve all the three issues.
1. Search box, by default keyword
2. Custom labels
3. All entries when clicked on read more for ‘Excerpt plus’

The database looks good finally, However due to my technical naivety I am running into issues one after another. Would be great, if you can help my with.

1. How to get labels displayed for ‘line 2’ ‘line 3’ ‘zip code’, ‘state’and other fields present in first row of CSV import? I will also need to rename them
2. Entries are created by CSV import,but for some entries all data is not getting uploaded. Is there any error log to find out what went wrong? I have removed Commas, Single quote and Double quotes from the entire sheet.
