I solved it with Steven instructions (thanks Steven) or I think so.
Perhaps It was a incompatibility with another plugin.

I’ve have to insist in this cuestion. I’d need a plugin like Web 2.0 Directory
(http://codecanyon.net/item/web-20-directory-plugin-for-wordpress/6463373?ref=wpmayor&ref=wpmayor&clickthrough_id=341627617&redirect_back=true) to do map searching.

Solved.

To Export special Characters from EXCEL to Connections (by Import CVS Plugin):
1- Create your data base in EXCEL
2- Export from EXCEL as CVS
3- Open your CVS file in notepad or similar.
4- Save as new file, changing character coding to UTF-8
