    I have tried adding the width=’590′ shortcode several different ways and still having no luck. Any ideas on what I could be doing? Please see previous forum topic “Not In Dashboard” for my credentials if needed.

    Yes it has been installed and activated as a plug in, but I cannot find any Connections: Template admin page. Would you like my credentials to take a look?
