ParticipantThanks for all of your help Steven.
We got it working.
The fix:
We found that our theme had hardcoded the “XU-A-Compatible” tag inside it. The offending code was in the header.php file.
In it, it had…
<meta http-equiv=”X-UA-Compatible” content=”IE=EmulateIE7″ />
We changed the “IE=EmulateIE7” to “IE=edge”.Thanks again for your help!

ParticipantHi Steven,
Your demo site displays without any problems in IE11 from my PC.
As a test, I changed the theme to 2014 and I got the same issue.
Does your plugin use Java, or any other program that might need to be installed on my windows server with apache?

ParticipantHi Steven,
There are no caching plugins installed.
I have compatibility mode turned off.
I am running Internet Explorer 11.
A coworker is running Internet Explorer 9, and he is getting the same issue.
Both of us can view the pages in Chrome without any issues.Gary Harr
ParticipantHey – I just tried accessing the same page in Google Chrome, and it displays great. I wonder why Internet Explorer is having issues?

ParticipantHi Steven,
I am sorry, but I do not see the FAQ you are referring to. Is there a link that perhaps was missed?
