So i cleared the catch with no success, i also looked into our core CCs being disabled, it looked enabled to me so i attached a screen shot. are you sure you looked at my page? here is the link for our Agent Directory i am working on

Thanks, i checked that out and re installed version 2.0, still the same.. is there a newer version that im not seeing? or maybe after i re-installed it is there something i should do (i.e. clear catch) to have the new version take effect?
