Steve — reluctantly, I ask for the refund of the two tools I purchased — the CSV Import and the Tiles-Plus template. The tools are not providing me the results I need for our community directory website.

thanks for the response above. I’ll redo the import (which I’ve done several times already) and read the import of categories. Hopefully, that will solve these issues….

an additional note: the result of my searching for one of the four categories values using keyword search (such as “Adult Dinner Club” or “Adult”) is null. If I search for “Adult Dinner Club, Bring Sunday Refreshments” (the concatenated values of both “interests” category and “Willing to Serve” category and unique to only one person), I get that one person in the list.

What am I not doing correctly?

found the error in the first short-code disabled the third short code :) but I’m still looking for the category limitation/capabilities documentation.
