    Hi Steven,

I’ve just downloaded the file to my phone, then stuck it in dropbox and then uploaded it to my server. No problem! The file I have now downloaded seems to be o.k. I extracted it on desktop and I can see all the files and  the ZIP uploaded to server without any problem.

It’s nearly 4 a.m. here now , so I’ll try putting it on the site tomorrow and hopefully everything will be o.k. then.

    Many thanks.

    Hi Steven,

I’m still having problems with uploading the latest version of CMap.

If I extract the ZIP on my desktop it only contains 1 folder cmap with just 1 file on it. I’ve attached a copy of the zip as it downloads to my desktop.

I have kept a copy of the ZIP from my original download of the older version. If I extract from this it contains a folder containing 9 files – 3 x .txt, 3 x .php, and 1 each .js, .css and a .png.

    Hi Steven,

Log in not required and no shertcode overrides checked.

The problem seems to be something to do with ‘cacheing’, something with which I am not, unfortunately, very familiar.

I have deactivated all plugins such as social media, google translate etc. Now, if I open the site on a different device I get a page which still has these plugins showing. However, if I refresh the page these plugins dissapear and behold the connections entries appear.

I suppose cacheing is just one more thing I will have to learn about!

To upload the newer version of CMap I am downloading from My Account/Purchase History. I’m still getting the same message when I try to upload as a plugin. Do I need to take the old version down first?

    Hi Steven,

I presume you mean make sure all the entries are set to public.

I’ve checked and all entries are set to public. I’ve tried deactivate and reactivate both connections and CMap.
