ParticipantHi Steven,
No problem at all.
I followed your instructions and downloaded the latest version of cMap, deleted the old version of cMap and uploaded & installed the latest version of cMap and noticed that the license expiry date of Connections hadn’t changed to 2017.
I noticed that the core Connections plugin was due to be updated from version 8.5.15 to 8.5.16 so I also updated that and the license expiry date is still 2016.
I’m sure that I’m missing something obvious but if you wouldn’t mind taking a look at this again, that would be great. Thanks!

ParticipantFirst of all, thank you for updating the plugin.

ParticipantHi Steven,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, especially on a Saturday morning.
I checked and found that the license key was missing so I made sure that I entered that information and received notification that it was valid.
I then tried to update the plugin again and unfortunately, I received the same error message.Alison
ParticipantHi Steven,

ParticipantOK Steven, thanks for the advice. The version of the software that I have installed right now is 3.1 so I’ll go ahead and install the latest template using the instructions given on http://connections-pro.com/documentation/install/templates/, unless you think that this isn’t the way to go.
Thanks for your help!
