We are not using a shortcode. can I give you the login and probably check? I think it will be easier for you to check. you jsut try to add a new entry or clone an existing one.

It is set to visible. other existing/old entries are showing fine. The new one says no results found. I even tried to clone the working entries and still the same problem.

Shortcode Visibility Override is also not active. Help pls this client of ours is very important to us. http://note.io/1D6gXiw
