ParticipantI re-installed the extension, and made sure the display was unchecked. Then I deactivated again and deleted, and this time it’s fine. Disabling the Custom Fields would not have worked for us as we use it for other info. All is good. Thank you!

Participant@ Steven,
That’s a test server we no longer have. Thank you for deactivated the licenses there, but it did not solve the problem. I’m still unable to activate the licenses on our main site.
Could you please check again?
Thanks!

ParticipantYes the cause was the rogue page. My fault for completely forgetting I had created it!! :-)

ParticipantHello Steven,
This is a list of plugins we use or have installed that are about navigation or links. Not sure if any of these could be the problem:
WPML Sticky Links,
WPML CMS Nav,
Velvet Blues Update URLs,
Shortn.It,
Safe Redirect Manager,
Page Links To.Cheers,

ParticipantHmmmm…no not using this plugin. That I can see, I don’t think we’re using any plugin that writes/rewrites page permalinks.

ParticipantUnfortunately, I wish that were true. ;)
I thought it might be a possibility because one of the first sets of pages we designed was the Religion pages and when we incorporated Connections, we might have (although likely only for a day or two) listed all of the people on that page. That was in August.
So, then I took a new faculty member whose account was only created last week (Nov. 19) and searched for it “Arbery”. Unfortunately, still found as existing on the Religion faculty page!

So weird, I can’t actually see how this is happening, but it is definitely reproducible with all new accounts.
