    So is there anything I can do to fix the pagination issue? I’m kinda at a loss.

    Also, after a business has been added to the directory, is there any way to change the slug? for example, there are 2 SERVPRO franchises in Mesa. when I downloaded the information for the businesses they both showed SERVPRO Industries – so the slugs that were assigned were /directory/name/servpro-industries-inc/ and /directory/name/servpro-industries-inc-1/. the actual name of one of the franchises is SERVPRO of North Central Mesa and they wanted the slug to reflect /directory/name/servpro-north-central-mesa/ is that possible?

    Let me call my hosting company and see if they can help me get a correct FTP login. I’m less savvy with the back end stuff when it comes to website. My twin brother got all of those genes. lol

    Thanks for your response Steven. I tried doing the save on the permalink. It’s still giving me the same issue.
