If you have access to the old domain, you would log in to your site and navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Licenses tab. On that page you can deactivate all the licenses. You will than be able to activate on the new site.

This FAQ, License Activated on Another Site walks you thru the steps you need to do if you no longer have access to the original domain. After you follow those steps you can activate the licenses on your new domain.
