You can always manage your own license on your purchase history page under the licenses tab. See this FAQ, the “License Activated on Another Site” section on how to manage a license that was activated on another site.

After you follow the instructions in the FAQ you will be able to activate the license on your site on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab.

I have manually deactivate the site you license for you. To activate on you new dev site navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page, click the Licenses tab, enter your support license key and then click the Activate button.
