You need to have to check the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” right below the “Tags” field before you submit the post. This is enabled by default, so you should get replies, unless you unchecked it. If you didn’t uncheck it, then the replies are likely ending up in the spam/junk folder.

That site is using the Market template. If you have a responsive theme, then I highly recommend cMap instead as Market is not designed to be responsive.

Yes, you would need the Link extension.

Gravity Forms could probably be made to work … I honestly wouldn’t be able to tell you how though. With that said, Form is the supported method for submissions.
