Hard to say, I would need an WP admin login so I can take a look. I’ve had no other reports of conflict, perhaps it’s actually another plugin causing the issue? Have you tried the plugin conflict test? If it not any plugins then it could be Divi. The latest I have available to test with 2.7.8, if you have a newer version perhaps there is a conflict.
