The upload size would be controlled by your settings in your php.ini file or the .htaccess file if your host does not give you access to it.

The problem is mostly likely a configuration one within the php.ini file. Here’e the values I use:

Maximum Execution Time (max_execution_time)	360 seconds This sets the maximum time in seconds a script is allowed to run before it is terminated by the parser.
File Upload Settings:
HTTP File Upload (file_uploads)	On Whether or not to allow HTTP file uploads.
Temporary Directory (upload_tmp_dir)	The temporary directory used for storing files when doing file upload.
Maximum File Size (upload_max_filesize)	200 MB The maximum size of an uploaded file.
Data handling:
Maximum Post Size (post_max_size)	200 MB Sets max size of post data allowed. This setting also affects file upload. To upload large files, this value must be larger than upload_max_filesize. If memory limit is enabled by your configure script, memory_limit also affects file uploading. Generally speaking, memory_limit should be larger than post_max_size.
