I took a look, it seem the license that wa renewed was purchased by Nick S. Only he can manage the license. So, even though you renewed the license, he must login into his account to manage the license activation.

Right now the license is activated on:

village*****.*d.com/

To keep the site URL private, I changed some characters to asterisks. Hopefully this will be enough for you to identify the site.

I’ve deactivated the license on this domain so you can activate it without issue. I only did this because the site seems to be only a staging site and you and Nick have the same domain email address.
