I see a Form license ending ddd3 in you account with an expiration of 1/30/2020. The expiration date shown in your admin is cached locally for a short period of time and may not immediately reflect the updated expiration date. If more than a day has passed and you do not see the updated expiration date, let me know. Also let me know if this actually relates to a different license.
