Ok, I do not see anything in the system info that stands out as a potential issue. I’ll need a login, both the admin and ftp so I can try and figure this out.

In regards to entries without maps. Only entries with a lat/lng can be plotted on a map. This is called geocoding. Connections does this when an entry added/edited. It uses either OpenStreetMap (OSM) of Google Maps, if setup. Google Maps is pretty good at geocoding US based addresses, OSM is not all that great.

So that said, I suspect the mapless entries have no lat/lng and can not be geocoded automagically for you.
