Many of the core Connections JavaScript libraries are being reported as 404 (Not Found) by your server. Load the directory page in Chrome, hit the F12 key and then click the Console tab to review those errors.
My first suggestion is to try deactivating and deleting the Connections plugin only. You data and settings are safe. After you delete, reinstall Connections. There is no need to delete the addon such as cMap.
If that does not correct it, log on to your site with FTP and make sure the files are in the folders. If they are missing WordPress is failing to properly install Connections. You’ll have to install it manually. Scroll down the the FAQ section on this page for the instructions.
If the files are in the folder then server configuration is preventing them from being served. If that is the case, you’ll have to contact you web host and asked why they are being blok and ask them to correct it.
