Hmmm… I missed this when I first looked… the site is reporting that two core Connections javascripts are not found. Reporting status of 404. Load the page in Chrome, hit the F12 key and click the Console tab to see the errors.

PLease deactivate Connections, just the core plugin and delete it. You data and settings are safe. Now reinstall Connections. Do the errors persist? If they do, then log on to your site with FTP and navigate to these folders and verify that the file exist:

  • ../wp-content/plugins/connections/vendor/chosen/chosen.jquery.min.js
  • ../wp-content/plugins/connections/vendor/jquery-gomap/jquery.gomap.min.js

If the files exist, something on the server is preventing them from being served.
