The site in which you transferred the data from, was that update to date with the current version of Connections? If it was not, the old database schema is not compatible with the current expected schema. I suggest making sure Connections is up to date on the source site, disable the FULLTEXT Search option and then migrate the db tables to the new site. And then enabled the FULLTEXT Search option on the destination site.
