Template Customizer support for cMap requires cMap 5.0. You need to update. I see you have not activated your support license in order to receive the update…

  • Go to your purchase history.
  • Click the View Licenses link for the cMap purchase.
  • Click the Key icon to and copy your support license key.
  • Go to the Connections : Settings admin page and activate your support license key for cMap under the License tab.
  • Go to the Plugins admin page and click the update link for cMap.
  • You should now be able to see the Customize button.

ps. I recommend activating your support license key for the other items you have purchased too. This way you will receive your free updates.
