Yes, you need to export the custom tables using phpMyAdmin or similar tool and then import those tables. It only takes a few minutes with most that time spent logging in and out of the host control panels. No need to recreate the entries manually. You’ll also need to copy the images from the ../wp-content/connections_images/ folder to the same folder on the new server.
