HelenIt’s not that things are not showing up right away – the issues I was talking about were longtime members whose information was in there for over a year and I just noticed some fields weren’t there. When I went to look at the entry, saw the information was indeed on the back end, I re-saved the entry. At that point caching was an issue and I didn’t see that it was refreshed until after you wrote last night.
The Walton Chamber site is on WPengine so whatever caching they use is in place.
I usually do the shortcode on the Text TAB (not HTML) but it’s possible I’ve overlooked something – thanks for reminder of that.
This chamber site is in pretty good order now and I am using it on a new, different chamber project. It’s such a good plugin for this information.
