Go to the Connections : Templates admin page.
Under the All template type, activate the Names template,
Under both the Individual and Organization template types, active the Bio Entry Card template.
Lastly, go to the Connections : Settings admin page and enable the Single Entry option under the Display tab.

If you used the template shortcode option, make sure to remove it for this to work.

That should get you what you’re looking for.

Alternatively …

You could link directly to the View All page by putting that in the name instead of the page. Then when a user clicks on the name link they be shown the entry in the Bio Entry Card.
