I think I narrowed down the issue to styling. Here are some screen shots showing a huge stretch between the field label (I renamed the Biography label to Hobbies and Other Interests) and the Visual/Text fields. This makes it look like there are two text fields to the end user even though there is just one. Do you know what may cause this large stretch? My users are experiencing this on Macbook Laptops using Safari, iPads, and iPhones. Attached are images. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Good day Mr. Zahm. Thank you for this information. It has been very helpful. Just three more small questions if that is okay with you.

1) Can you explain what exactly the “enable_bio” and “enable_bio_head” means? I set both to false, but I still see the bio appear. I’m not sure what it means to set one or both to TRUE versus setting one or both to FALSE?

2) Is there any way to not show the bio until after the user clicks “Read More”? Or will the bio always show on page load?

3) I see Name, Title, and Bio shows up on page load without needing to click “Read More”. Are there other fields I can have display before clicking “Read More”? for example, could I have the Organization appear above the “Read More” link? Or is there no way to change that?

    Thank you so much.

Good day Mr. Zahm. Thank you for your reply. You were absolutely right. I was using the plugin called TinyMCE and I was able to turn off that menu, so I now see exactly what’s on your demo. Thank you again for the excellent support.
