    Turns out this is not a Connections problem. I restored several site backups trying, unsuccessfully, to get to one that had the missing icons and entry capability. When I restored one I was absolutely certain should contain them, and found it didn’t, I realized I had to broaden my scope on this. So I looked at what had changed in my environment recently: An upgrade to Windows 10 and the latest version of Firefox. Turns out the browser was the problem. There’s no problem with IE, Safari, Chrome, Opera and, apparently, the version of Firefox I was using previously. The problem exists with Firefox 41, 43, 44. I don’t remember what version I was using last that did work, and didn’t install/test any earlier than 41. I’m a Firefox fan, but I have no idea how/where to report this. Maybe you can take that on. In the meantime, I don’t trust, and have uninstalled, Firefox.

    Yes. That works . . . thanks. I’m almost there but have a couple of additional things to clear up:

    • I cannot figure where to put the changed card.php. I tried all of these to no avail:

    /wp-content/theme/mystile-child/connections-templates/card
    ../wp-content/theme/mystile/connections-templates/card
    ../wp-content/uploads/connections-templates/card

    I even tried variations on template-gridder and connections-gridder, but decided that can take a lifetime. So I ended up putting it in place of the original until you can help me figure out what path is actually being searched.

    • I was getting garbled text on entries with multiple links, so I changed your code to display only a preferred link. That works fine but long links are garbled, so I’d like to remove the string “Website” (as I was able to do Biographical Info). Then I can name the preferred link “Website” without displaying “Website: Website”. But I haven’t been able to figure out what to use as the str_ shortcode option. Please advise.
