Yes the jQuery compatibility option is still enabled .

For the theme:
It is a theme that I created with Artisteer software.
I downloaded the latest software to retrieve the latest jQuery file, but it does not change because it is also an older version (v1.9.1).

Thank you for the suggestions, but there is no update for the theme, and I enabled the jQuery compatibility option, but not success.
And if I change the “jquery.js” file in theme, the header disappears in the whole site
