Thanks for your help. I tried creating the directory and csv_files and using all three permission settings, but nothing works. Still getting the same error. I will contact my server company, but I would like to resolve this quicker if possible. I do not see a direct article on this error, even though you reference it in your post above. Is there a workaround strictly for this error?
