ParticipantThanks a lot!

ParticipantMany thanks Steven.
I exported the wp-connection table from the backup db from the old domain with the “empty table” option and imported it into the new domain db. So a complete replacement of that table as it was in the old domain and … everything works now as a charm.
Thank you for your explanations and support.

ParticipantSteven,
I could partially fix the problem.
During the migration, the contractor who did the job replaced in the data base all occurrences of the old domain name (cluster007.ovh.net/~upboeten/) by the new one (www.upboetendael.be), so that internal links in articles are pointing to the new domain. However, doing this on the wp-connections table caused probably the problem. I replaced back the new domain name by the old one in the “options” field of the wp-connections table and the pictures where showing back for individuals.
Unfortunately, it didn’t fix the problem for organizations and families. Maybe the way they refer to the pictures is different.
What do you think ?

ParticipantForgot to tell you another clue: when exporting the entries with the “export all” option, the resulting CSV has nothing in the “Photo URL” and in the “Logo URL” columns.
When doing the same on the old site, those columns contain the full path to the images.

ParticipantSteven,
I changed folders permissions in …/connection-images/ to be 755 and files in it to be 644, as you recommend. But this doesn’t seem to change the issue.
A entry edit time, no image found. The edit panel says “No file selected”.

ParticipantSure, herewith:

the text is what I defined in the shortcut as alternate text in case of no image.
Thanks for your help
