Thank you for your reply. I disabled FULLTEXT support and nothing changed. I attached screenshots and system info to see if that might help.

The database name is referenced correctly in the system info, and I included a screenshot of what I’m seeing in the database that seems to be connected to Connections.

My Manage section is empty as shown in the screenshot, too.

I appreciate the assistance with this. Let me know if there is a way to go through the basic set up again to connect the database. Maybe that would help?

Thanks for the ideas and for replying so quickly! You are correct, we are using a different theme. When inspecting the connections area I cannot find the css element which controls that area specifically.
