I had a link in the previous post. However, I found that if I put the shortcode inside a table it formats properly. I can live with that.

One last question, there is a lot of extra padding below and above the entries. is there anyway this extra spacing can be minimized?

Hi, this works to add the individual id cards, but I also get the index. See http://108.167.140.133/~socalsem/event/systems-of-theology/2015-05-19/

Is there a way I can eliminate the index and just get the id cards?

Good catch. I read my code and I must have read the section “enable_search=true pagination_position” and thought I had enabled pagination.
