I am not using a page caching tool. This is our intranet company page. How can i contact you to set up a login. I don’t really want to post it on a forum.

That also is not working. The widget for showing todays birthday is displaying it but the shortcode is not. I like the formatting on the shortcode better so I would like to get this working.
