Hi Steven,

I’m pretty sure that the message was sent with with the Connections contact form. To be honest, the dependencies are a bit confusing to me. I can tell you that I’m using the “Connections: List” widget in the sidebar and when a contact is clicked an email form comes up with information about the person from Connections.

I wrote the message that I asked about and there was no copy and paste. But I’ll also do some more testing as you suggested now that I’m past the alarm of getting the Wordfence alert. I didn’t want to do any more in case there was a serious security issue but from what you and Wordfence said it appears there isn’t.

I was not able to get the css to work. Can you double check that it’s correct. If it is I’ll live with it as is.

I purchased the widget pack and also the Contact extension and it’s all working nicely except for a couple of tweaks that would be nice. If you go to the page below and you’ll see an “Email Your Town Reps.” list done with Connections (widget and extension). Click on a name and the form comes up. Three questions:

1. Is there a way to increase the size of the Send button?
2. Is there a way to remove the last line completely, the one that shows “Categories” and “Updated”?
3. A would like to have a name on the list for “Everyone”such that when clicked the form comes up but when sent it goes to all the people on the list. Can I do that by creating a new record with a First Name of Everyone then add all the emails in the Email Addresses section?

It would be ok to buy the widget pack if it does what I’m after. That widget will produce a one column list of names? Because it’s a widget I assume that it could be safely used in the sidebar-is that correct?

I am doing this on a local network for pre-deployment testing so unfortunately you would not be able to access it. Thanks for the offer.

I have 7 names that are displaying in 2 rows and 4 columns on the page. What I’m hoping for is all 7 in one column. What I would really like to do is have the names in one column in the sidebar. I tried putting the shortcode [connections] in a sidebar text widget but unfortunately all it shows is “[connections]“.

I deactivated all the other plugins and that did not affect the 2×4 page output.

Steven, I tried both methods you described. I am able to get just the names to display but they are on the same line, not s single column format like the Names template description says. I’ve tried this in three browsers with the same results (Safari, Firefox, Chrome). Is there a way to force a single column display of name?
