Thank you for looking into this for us. There’s definitely something affecting the main admin user. I’ll have to investigate whether the temporary user I gave you can successfully import large CSVs as well.

It should be loading a small batch.

The error log was cleared out for some reason, but it was full of “Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded” messages. Upping the limit was ineffective because Rackspace’s load balancers would stop the request at 30 seconds anyway.

The only thing in the PHP error log right now is:

I spoke with a Rackspace tech last week, and he told me that there were no slow queries recorded in the log for this site.

Would it be helpful if I gave you a phpinfo() link?
