I have now figured this out, but it might be worth letting other users know, after the update you need to remove the [raw] [/raw] shortcodes from the beginning and end of your [connections] not sure why but this has now fixed the problem
I am also having a similar problem, I have 1024 entries in my CSV and it is stopping at 29 every time I have made all of the suggested changes to the .htaccess file but nothing makes any difference, getting really frustrated. help
