Makes sense to me.
The client was wanting a way to create a custom URL instead of it being based on the information from the Organization field. With this entry for instance:
The url is: https://theaumnation.com/wellness-services/name/crystal-healing-with-brandy-brandy-thomas-ms-cch/
She’s tried using the Contact Name fields but that doesn’t produce a display of the entry in the directory to her liking.
Let me know if there’s a better way to input the info to generate a URL without the credentials.

I cleared the WP Rocket cache and then disabled the plugin.
The comma would go in the address in the listing view and the full profile view.
