ParticipantIt makes sense. Thanks.
In regards to the redirect. May I ask you to take the user back to the directory instead of ‘home’? Sorry to come back again.

Participant92? Then I’ve been getting some bad information.
Thanks for the clarification on the redirect. I will direct users to use the ‘cancel’ and wait for an update. I should be all set on this one as well.

ParticipantThanks Steve. The string about did not work yet. I added the ‘;’ at the end to make it valid. I will come back to it again later.
Thanks for the offer to take a look at settings, the account information should have come through to your hotmail account.

ParticipantI am very glad that you had this idea because it worked. Thanks

ParticipantAs you could tell I was a little intimidated by it because it is way more functionality than I though I needed but it was easy to set up. The only setup that worked for me was the Gmail API which was not my preference but no other approach worked. Emails therefore originate from Gmail which is not ideal but is fine. I must say the one advantage it has is that it offers may different options. I am glad to be up and running. Testing so far has been good. I will let you know if I run into any difficulties.

ParticipantIt worked. Thank you.

ParticipantThanks Steve. I should have mentioned that it did not go to junk mail. I spoke to my host’s technical support and they said that the originating email address is incorrect. It is trying to send from [mydomain].com instead of [username]@[mydomain].com. If you can let me know where it is collecting my domain email address and there is a way for me to correct that I would like to try that first. My application is pretty simple and Postman seems to be more than I need. I am also a little plugin heavy and want to try to install only what I absolutely need.

ParticipantGill’s question and your response is here http://connections-pro.com/support/topic/no-contact-link-in-list-view/. He asked for the form in list view or a link to single entry view. I would like a link to single entry view. Preferred functionality is to replace the email address with link text for example “Email Alison” because not everyone has an email address and I don’t what the user to have to click through to single entry view to find out if an email address exists.
Thank you Steve -
