Yeah, memory will not be an issue with only 150’ish rows to import.

Any way, I was able to import the file. I have an alpha version of next update that more or less just skips the second step and it imported nearly instantaneously.

I left it installed. Since it is alpha it is quirky. For example, your CSV had blank fields for first name/last name and if you mapped them they would be imported as individuals rather than organizations. Al it does not import social media and IM data yet.
