Several of the premium template include category search and keyword search. They are cMap, Market and Tile Plus.

There is a standard feature in Connections that does show an alpha index, you only need to turn it on in the settings. One thing, this only jumps to that character group on the current page, it does not yet filter by character. That is planned and will come as a free upgrade to those templates.
