None of the supplied core templates show the notes field, sorry. If you could use the bio field instead you could use either the Profile template of the Bio Entry Card template. You can activate either from the Connections : Templates admin page.

If you need to use the notes field, you’ll need a premium template such as cMap which does support presenting the notes field.
