The map is a feature of a couple of the premium templates such as cMap and Market.

You’ll need either of those templates in order to have a map.

You can turn off the single entry link by going to the Connections : Settings admin page and unchecking the Name link option under the Advance tab. If you decide to use one of the templates mentioned, you might want to leave this option enabled as both of those templates have a second view for this page.
