I am sorry for being thick Steven but I cannot find style.css

in either

/veedubbers.net/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/excerpt

or I cannot find an excerpt folder in here

/veedubbers.net/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/connections/templates

Can you help please?
