I’m not sure which version we upgraded from, but we’ve been fairly consistent with updates. I did notice that clicking update remove all of the multiple entries (I did this last night, which removed about half a dozen duplicates) but some action seems to restart the duplicating process as this morning there was a single duplicate of the address and phone. I’ll have to check with the member to see what exactly he may have done to cause the duplicates to return. In the mean time I have clicked update and removed them.
Do you know what could cause them to return like that?
