thanks for your swift reply.

I can’t see the entries in the back-end of the site when I go to ‘manage’ and where there were three categories in the top right drop-down of that page now there are none.

There are no categories shown in the categories page and I also can’t add categories – I’ve tested and while it says category successfully added, these don’t appear.
