What is the error, precisely? I suspect a web host configuration issue such as the required GD image library not being loaded. This is generally loaded by default on nearly all web hosts. But without know more, this is just a guess.
RE: I decide to go to this website and found paid template and I bought Connections Grid template cause I see the demo version, it is how I want my site to look like.
I do thank you for the purchase, but this will not correct the error you are experienced when you add an image to an entry. That will need to resolved first in order to use Gridder to its fullest capability.

This error was created by WordPress, not Connections. This is because it was uploaded a a WordPress theme an not a plugin as outlined in the installation instructions for a template.
RE: then the view of my site is still same, using my default template.
After you install the template, you need to activate in on the Connections : Templates admin page. Please see step 4 in the installation instructions:
