Ok, it appears the primary key ID column is broken on the main table. I suspect it is not set to auto increment like it should be. I suspect that the primary key column in the support tables are also broken.

I’m assuming you used All-in-ONe WP Migration, correct? Not sure why it did not properly migrate the tables… there really is nothing special or “weird” being done at the database level. It should have move the tables like all the others.
